Today I am going to guide you to Make a Projector with Your SmartPhone,a Shoe Box and a Magnifying Glass.The project is so easy & cheap.And You can make your own Projector in less then 30minutes.A phone based projector is a great
way to show off your mobile photos and Videos.A projector provides a new
way of looking at your shots, and videos.
A projector or image projector is an optical device that projects an image (or moving images) onto a surface, commonly a projection screen.Most projectors create an image by shining a light through a small transparent lens, but some newer types of projectors can project the image directly, by using lasers.
As you know that Slide projectors are great but outdated. And digital projectors cost a bundle.

And About Magnifying Glass and its working Go Here 
  • Requirements:-

  1. Smart phone
  2. Shoe box
  3. Magnifying glass, or a large aperture lens
  4. Art & Craft knife or similar
  5. Tape or glu gun 
  6. A paper clip for Phone stand.

Step 01:- Take a Shoe box and Trace the outer edge of your lens or magnifying glass onto one of the short sides of the box.

Step 02:- Cut a Hole in That Box Cut out the inside of the circle you just traced.You don’t want light leaking around your lens so try not to cut too much.At the opposite side of the hole, cut a small hole for cords and audio.

Step 03:- Attach Your Lens Now.If your magnifying glass has a handle, you may want
to remove it first or you can make a arrangement as i did view in the

Step 05:-  When light passes though a lens (including the lenses in your eyes), it gets flipped, which means the picture from your projector will come out upside down.As you can clearly see in the picture below .You can read more about it Here

You can fix this problem with following steps:-

In iPhone Go to Settings > General > Accessibility and turn on Assistive Touch.Once activated, a little white orb will pop that you can drag around the screen.Click on the orb and go to Device > Rotate Screen.This will allow you to flip applications like the Photos app which would normally rotate itself right side up.

Step 06:- If Your wall is clean then it will be great but If your walls are plastered with pics & Posters  then you will need to clear out a little space for your projection.

Step 07:-Now Position your phone in its stand near the back of the box and move it forwards or backwards slowly until your image starts to come into focus and clear.Once you’ve found a good range you can fine tune focus by moving your phone forwards or backwards in the box.Now fix the Position of the Stand or Mark the position with marker.

Step 08:- At Last turn the screen brightness of your phone all the way up and turn the room lights down.
Step 09:-Now connect audio jack or speaker’s wire through the hole you cut in the back of the box(in step 02).

  1. If the inside walls of your box are of a bright color, you may want to
    spray paint them black or tape up some black paper for best image
  2. Turn the Screen Brightness of your Higher as possible.
  3. Use a tablet or a bigger screen.
  4. Arrange a Projection screen.
  5. You can use a Camera lens.

 So With the Help of Above Steps You can also Make a Projector With Your SmartPhone,a Shoe box and a Magnifying Glass easily so make it fast and enjoy your mobile photos and Videos on a bigger screen.
