Automatic updates are typically a good thing and I recommend leaving them on in general.But it slows down your internet speed and eats memory by running in the background.Windows Update is actually just another Windows process so it can be stopped.So if you don’t want to use Automatic Update Feature in Windows 10 then just follow the given steps.
Step 1)Open the Run command (Win + R), in it type: services.msc and press enter.

Go to Setting from Start Menu>Settings>SYSTEM>Battery Saver
and check all settings.
You can Enable or disable Battery saver option from Notification bar at bottom right side of desktop.
